•CANCELLATION POLICY:

in case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can not be cancelled using our website and and cancel penalty will be charged as follows - (PRINT STAGE: 50 %) (PACK STAGE: 90 %) (HANDOVER STAGE: 90%)

• Refund not applicable for cancellation after shipping .

• RETURN POLICY:

• Retum/Exchange is available for selected products only, the return information is available on the product page on the website.

•The return policy of a product can be changed without prior notice. in case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product to our office Addres

•Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.

•For Return/ Refund we require proper unboxing video if the plants are found damaged we will return or replace it according to the customer preference.

NOTE FOR RETURN:

• The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons

• The product should have the anginal packaging and tog in place items without the original tags will not be accepted.

• Customized product cannot be returned or exchanged

• RETURN TO ORIGIN ( RTO) POLICY :

What is an RTO?

An order is marked as "RTO" (Return to Origin) if it cannot be delivered to the customer due to:

•Incorrect/undeliverable address.

•Unreachable customer.

•Refusal to accept the package.

•Invalid contact details (e.g., WhatsApp-only number, no SMS access).

RTO policy:

• No refund will be processed for RTO orders.

•No replacement will be provided for RTO orders

Note: This policy is non- negotiable but we may offer a one-time exception in rare cases ( e.g, technical errors). Exceptions are at our discretion.
